Ø Provide suitable CVs as per job description received from client

Ø Arrange interview with short listed candidates

Ø Coordinate between clients and candidate till successful mobilization of the recruited staff.

We provide all categories of staff like engineers, designers, tradesmen etc. Clients may follow any of the following methodologies for recruitment:

Ongoing Recruitment

Local clients send us their requirements on regular bases and we provide them with recruitment services as per RECRUITMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT executed with them.

Special Recruitment Drives

We arrange interviews in major Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai etc. where our recruitment consultants will help client interviewers to conduct the interviews. This process is more effective in case of large requirements to be met in a short time. 

Manpower Supply on Secondment basis:

We can provide engineers/designers/draftsmen on monthly basis to work in your offices while they remain on our payrolls.

Tradesmen Supply

We can provide skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers/tradesmen on monthly basis as well as on permanent basis to work in client office or on their site location through our Indian associate Disha International- www.dishaglobal.co.in.
